In just over the last 24 hours Sarah and I have watched the Butterfly Effect, Monster, and Spiderman (yes we are just now getting around to see the first one - oh yea and when she was gone earlier I watched some of chicken run). Lets just say it was an interesting combination.

I just finished watching Osama - there is much to process before I try and coherently try to post on it. Here is the summary directly from movies.com

Inspired by a true story, Osama follows a 12-year-old Afghan girl and her mother, who both lose their jobs after the Taliban closes the hospital where they work and restricts women’s travel rights. With her daughter’s father dead, the mother disguises her as a boy so she can leave the house and find a way to make a living.

The next ant that crawls across my arm, laptop, or chair will be burned alive as soon as I can get my hands on something that will produce a flame. Apparently the current end of life by crushing between the thumb and forefinger is not serving as a very good deterrent. I will not be defeated.
