On Tuesday, I made the 650 mile trek back to Texas where I will remain until Jan 9th (minus a little trip to Nashville). I am in Lubbock until the 27th Friona - to see mom’s side of the family), 28-30th in Dallas to spend sometime with my best friend, 30-3rd in Houston to see some great friends from graduate school (Amanda I got the DVD - you got the game?), 3-5 Nashville for the oneday/passion/268 generation conference with some of my college students, 5-8 in Lubbock (for a wedding) again, 8-9 in Abilene, 9th trekking back to Manhattan. We call that a whirlwind Christmas vacation brought to you by southwest airlines.

We just had our campus ministry Christmas Party - with the White Elephant Gift Exchange. You’ll all be happy to know that I left my my own back truck tire. Ahhh college minstry.
