My consecutive month and then some of training is officially over. The evaluations are finished - and the most exciting part is that students are moving in . Today was the official freshman move-in day. I love this part of the school year. I love watching the new students, the parents, and the student staff all interact. It is interesting to think how much things change in this one moment - as the students officially move into a new phase of their lives. For our students, they now have a week filled with activities and meetings before classes start next week.
In other news, I have been asked to speak at the campus candlelight devo this upcoming Sunday - this is the project that has been in the back of my mind since I was asked to do it. It is one of the final activities for the 800 or so new freshmen in their orientation process. My message may make it here with it is more processed and has grown some more legs to stand on.
Jen gets her MDiv? I have officially started looking at what it will take to add one more sheet of paper to my wall. Right now I am talking to Fuller and Pepperdine to see what it would look like time and financial wise. Maybe I’ll just print one out online. But Trav, Greg - I think I am soon to be in the add on another Masters club. Do we have buttons? A secret handshake? I am not a boy, can I still join?
